Custard in ceramic cookware

The Linea pan cooks more evenly and is therefore great for sweets. Due to their delicacy, these should be prepared over low heat, especially those containing milk. As the pan maintains the temperature, you can turn off the heat a little before and finish with the residual heat from the pan.

The Linea pan can also be used as a mixing bowl. The rounded shape, without any “corners”, makes it easy to mix the ingredients.
