Ceramic cookware on the stove and in the oven
The Linea pan offers much more versatility for recipes. You can start on the stove and finish in the oven, or vice versa. A great tip: use the ceramic grill to cook meat. Start by browning it on the stove, add the sauce of your choice and finish in the oven.
Meats can be browned over high heat. For uniform cooking, we recommend that you first heat the grill and oil - also over high heat - before adding the meat.
